From volunteers and staff: name, Google account email, contact email, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, t-shirt size, languages spoken, tutoring interests, availability, and any notes you share.

About students: first name and last initial, grade level, subjects, tutoring session records, and assessment results, entered by our staff and volunteers. Students do not use this platform directly.

You sign in with Google; we receive your name and email address, never your password.

We use this information to run our tutoring programs, coordinate volunteers, track student progress, and keep the platform secure. Volunteers can see only the students assigned to them. We do not sell personal information.

We use trusted providers to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Google (sign-in and reCAPTCHA spam protection). They process information on our behalf to provide these services.

We limit access by role, keep activity records, and take regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.

We keep information for as long as it is needed to run our programs. To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, contact us at the email below.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
